Terms of Service
These are the ground rules for using MYREE. We kept them short and readable.
By using MYREE you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
MYREE is a personal "second brain" offered by Cuadro S.r.l., Via Toscana 45/1, 43123 Parma, Italy, VAT number 03104310341 (Aclas is a brand of Cuadro S.r.l.): it captures what you live, think and learn and helps you turn it into content and knowledge. It is provided as-is, in a pilot phase, and may change or be discontinued.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity under your account. An account is meant for a single person.
Do not use MYREE for unlawful activity, to upload content that infringes others' rights, or to attempt to compromise the service or other users' access.
Content you create remains yours. You grant us permission to process it solely to provide the service to you — including sending the necessary text to the OpenAI API to generate responses, as described in the Privacy Policy.
AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies and does not constitute professional advice (legal, medical, financial or otherwise). Always verify important information before acting on it.
As a pilot service, we do not guarantee any uptime level or the continued availability of specific features. We recommend exporting your data periodically: you find it in Settings → Data, or from the buttons at the bottom of the Connectors page.
You may close your account at any time in Settings → Data, or from the buttons at the bottom of the Connectors page. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms.
The service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Cuadro S.r.l. is not liable for indirect damages or data loss; please keep your own copies of content you consider important. Consumer rights under the law, and liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, are not affected.
MYREE is offered as a free beta. It may change, be suspended or be closed at any time.
The memory can be wrong: it may remember inaccurately or incompletely. Check the things that matter before relying on it.
The beta is for adults only: you must be at least 18 years old to use it.
The beta is for personal use only. Do not enter data about clients, colleagues or employees, or confidential information belonging to your company.
We may update these terms. If they change, we ask you to accept them again before you continue. These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, the competent court is the one where you live. For questions write to admin@cuadrogroup.com.
